Search

This section explains how you can use the search and filter functions to find information quickly.

1. Search via the project list

In the project list, you have the option of filtering the list to search for specific projects.

Above the list there is a search field in which you can enter the following items, according to which all projects are filtered:

  • Project name
  • Domain
  • Hosting
  • CMS
  • Version
  • Customer

2. Filter in the project list

You can use the filter to restrict the project list according to certain criteria and thus gain a better overview.

The filters are predefined and can be configured in the settings.

If you would like additional filters, please contact us at support(at)syssy.net.

3. Cross-project search and filter function

The global project search can be used to find projects that have certain properties, such as a PHP version or that have a specific plugin/extension installed. All active projects are searched and listed.

If you manage many projects, you can easily lose track and the project search can help you to find projects.

Examples:

  • You are looking for all websites that have a certain WordPress plugin installed because a license payment is due
  • You are looking for all websites that contain a certain self-developed TYPO3 extension because you need to install a security update
  • You are looking for all websites that still run under PHP 8.0
  • You are looking for all websites that run with TYPO3 11 and need an update
