1. Search via the project list
In the project list, you have the option of filtering the list to search for specific projects.
Above the list there is a search field in which you can enter the following items, according to which all projects are filtered:
- Project name
- Domain
- Hosting
- CMS
- Version
- Customer

2. Filter in the project list
You can use the filter to restrict the project list according to certain criteria and thus gain a better overview.
The filters are predefined and can be configured in the settings.
If you would like additional filters, please contact us at support(at)syssy.net.
3. Cross-project search and filter function
The global project search can be used to find projects that have certain properties, such as a PHP version or that have a specific plugin/extension installed. All active projects are searched and listed.
If you manage many projects, you can easily lose track and the project search can help you to find projects.
Examples:
- You are looking for all websites that have a certain WordPress plugin installed because a license payment is due
- You are looking for all websites that contain a certain self-developed TYPO3 extension because you need to install a security update
- You are looking for all websites that still run under PHP 8.0
- You are looking for all websites that run with TYPO3 11 and need an update
