Reports are an important instrument for documenting your own work, for archiving and also for providing proof of work to customers. You can create a report in PDF form for any project at any time. However, the monitoring data only goes back 3 months.

What does a report contain?
The following content can be selected for a project for a report:
- Server information
- Performance information
- SEO content
- GDPR content
- Alerts
- Documentations
- Monitoring
The data for the report may be a maximum of 3 months in the past and can only be created separately for each project.
The reports are stored in SYSSY for an unlimited period of time and can be downloaded by you at any time.
Where can you find the reports?
If you are in the project view, you will find the item “Report” in the menu on the left.
Here you can find all previous reports for download and have the option to create a new report:

If you create a new report, it will take a few minutes to be created. In the list view of your reports, you can see the current status of the report under "Status". Once the report is completed, you will receive an email with information.
The status can be "red", i.e. the report is in the queue. An "orange" status means that the report is currently being created. If the status is green, the report is ready for download. A PDF is available for unlimited download.
How do you create a report?
In the project view on the left side in the menu under the item "Report" you will find the button "Create new report" at the top of the report page. See point “Where can you find the reports”.
When you click on “Create new report” a form opens in which you can enter all the data you want for the report:
- Report Name
- Report content - the current status of the individual points is displayed
- Project server information: current server information at the time the report was created
- Project performance: current performance at the time the report was created
- SEO content: current SEO content at the time the report was created
- GDPR content: current GDPR content at the time the report was created
- Alerts: all alerts in the specified time period
- Documentation: all documentation in the specified period
- Monitorings: all monitoring entries in the specified period
- Report Template - choose your own template with your logo
- Report Start - Start date for the report
- Report End - End date for the report
Please note that the selected date is only used for alerts, documentation and monitoring. The current status is used for server information, performance information and SEO content, as no history is stored here. It is therefore very important to create reports regularly.

Branding - The report with your logo
You can create your own template for your reports so that each report has your logo on the first page and an individual footer.
To do this, please go to "Report" -> "Templates" (https://app.syssy.net/template/report) and create a new template.

You can edit templates again at any time.
You can then select a created template when creating a report so that the reports appear in your own branding.
