Manage subscription

You can find out how to create and customize a subscription in this chapter.

There are two types of subscription. You can either take out a monthly subscription, which is renewed monthly and billed monthly. You have the option of canceling the subscription every month.

With an annual subscription, you take out the subscription for a year in advance. You will receive the invoice for the entire year directly after the subscription and must also be paid in advance. In return, you get one month free with the annual subscription. :)

There are different price models depending on the number of projects. You can find information on the different price models here.

Payment is currently only possible by bank transfer.

1. Take out a subscription

In the navigation at the top right behind the user icon, you will find the navigation point "Subscription". 

Here you have the option of taking out a subscription in 4 steps.

  1. Select a package: Select the desired package and the payment interval (monthly or yearly)
  2. Invoice details: Enter your company details that should appear on the invoice as the invoice recipient. If your company has a VAT number, be sure to enter this. This is particularly important if your company is based outside of Austria so that we can issue a net invoice.
  3. Confirmation: Your selected parcel and your invoice details are summarized. The costs for your package are calculated and displayed again. In this step, you must accept the terms and conditions and data protection conditions before you can book the package. You complete the order by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button. An order e-mail will be sent to us and an invoice will be created.
  4. Complete your order: You will see a summary of your data again.

2. Customize the subscription - upgrade or downgrade

Do you want to change your subscription because the current package doesn't suit you? Do you have more projects than the current package allows, or fewer projects so that you can get by with a smaller package?

No problem! Email us to support(at)syssy.net, and we'll adjust your package for the next billing period. If you need an urgent package change, we'll also find a solution.

3. Cancel your subscription

In the navigation at the top right behind the user icon, you will find the navigation point "Subscription". 

Under this item you will find all the information about your current subscription package. Below the subscription information, you will see a "Cancel package" button that you can use to cancel your current package.

The subscription will then end at the end of the current commitment period - either the current month or the year, depending on the subscription. After that, you will no longer receive a new invoice and your user will be deactivated automatically.
