Overview of all customers
A list of all customers created can be found under “Customers”. The customers can be assigned to projects so that you get an overview of which project is assigned to which customer. If there are several projects per customer, the customer view provides a practical overview of all projects and their status.

Create Customer
A new customer can be created using the "Create customer" button.
The following fields are available for a customer record:
- Company name
- Address
- ZIP
- City
- Country
- Contact person name
- Contact email
- Contact phone
- Notes
- Status
Import customers
To save time when creating customers, existing lists can be imported directly into SYSSY via the CSV import.
The CSV file should have the following appearance:
Companyname;Address;ZIP;City;Country;"Contact phone";Contact email";Contact title";"Contact person";

Export customers
All customers can be exported to a CSV file with just one click.
Project assignment
A customer can be assigned to each project/website in the project settings. The assignment to a project offers the following advantages:
- All projects are listed for the customer, which provides an overview
- The project list can be filtered by customer
- Project documentation can be sent to the customer
- The project search can be filtered by customer
